XIQS Get List of Dialer Calls - Call Manager Management

Description
getXIQSCallDialerList ( [Long id_partition] , [filter f] )
List for a given partition all the dialer call details in a period. Admin(s) should specify a target partition for this command, or the current database will be used.
Parameters
[Long id_partition]
a partition object Id (admin only)
[filter f]
a filter object
Return Values
a list of <call> object
Long id - the Call log Id
Long country - the call's country
String callednum - the called number
Long validdate - the last validation date
Long wrongdate - the last wrong date
Long missdate - the last missing date
Error Data structure ( Error Management )
